Payment/Reservation/Cancellation Policies
A 50% deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival payable by Paypal or Kanoo. A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival. Final payment may be made in cash or credit card with rental agent.
In the case of cancellations within 30 days of arrival, no refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented, confirmed and paid. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid shall be forfeited as damages. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rents will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.
